Best Buy trumps estimates in holiday quarter

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Best Buy Co beat profit and sales estimates in its holiday quarter, boosted by demand for notebook computers, flat-panel televisions and mobile phones.

Dell must defend suit alleging defective notebooks

NEW YORK (Reuters) – A federal appeals court reinstated on Friday a proposed class-action lawsuit accusing Dell Inc of selling defective notebook computers.
